In addition to its organic label, this estate is characterized by a wide variety of grape varieties: Cot, Chardonnay, Cabernet franc, Viognier, Chenin blanc, Roussanne, Merlot, Musact petits grains, Sémillon, Grenache noir, Syrah, Cabernet sauvignon, Cinsault.

The operating frame includes a wine-making cellar, an ageing cellar, a sales cellar and a farm shed.
