The Gulf of Saint-Tropez is one of the most sought-after wine areas in France. On the peninsula (Ramatuelle, Gassin, La Croix-Valmer) as well as inland (Cogolin, Grimaud, La Môle, Le Plan-de-la-Tour, La Garde-Freinet), vineyards are mostly classified AOP Côtes de Provence and produce mainly rosé.
Estates here are rare and seldom change hands: pressure on coastal land, the protection of natural areas and the area’s international reputation all limit supply. The official 2025 scale puts coastal Côtes de Provence vineyards at around €100,000 per hectare on average, and up to €150,000. On the peninsula, the value of a property depends above all on its buildings, its views and its location.
Based in Gassin, in the heart of the Gulf, Blue Side knows this market closely. We have handled the sale of Domaine des Vallats, La Ferme des Lices in Saint-Tropez and, in Grimaud, Domaine du Prignon, Jas des Roberts and Domaine de la Boual. Many properties in the Gulf are sold off-market, with full discretion: tell us what you are looking for.
